Founders
Shashwat leads Product and GTM at Ayudo, where he’s building agentic systems purpose built for vertical SaaS. He brings deep experience in designing AI-first products that combine usability, automation, and business impact.
Prior to Ayudo, Shashwat scaled multiple high-growth products, from launching Freddy AI at Freshworks ($1M ARR in 4 weeks, $4M in 6 months) to building HackerRank’s SkillUp platform for developers. At Freshworks, he drove the Generative AI charter across Customer Experience, and built features that helped reduce average handling time by 34% across 1000+ customers.
A hands-on builder and systems thinker, Shashwat has shipped SaaS products across conversation intelligence, field service management, quality management, and Marketing Automation. He also co-founded Scoop.ai, a Netcore-incubated startup, and continues to mentor growth-stage PMs through his Operator-in-Residence role at GrowthX.
Nitin leads AI and Engineering at Ayudo, where he is building the next generation of AI-first platforms and architectures. His work focuses on designing scalable machine learning systems that simplify complexity and deliver measurable impact for businesses and their customers.
Previously, Nitin worked with Freshworks, Intel, Samsung & Info Edge. At Freshworks, he played a key role in developing Freddy (Freshworks AI Engine), which powers self-serve experiences and AI capabilities across the product suite. At Info Edge, he scaled data science capabilities across platforms, while his earlier experience at Intel and Samsung gave him a strong foundation in building applied machine learning systems. In addition, Nitin has mentored more than 100 data science professionals through Great Learning etc, contributing to the growth of the next generation of AI practitioners.
