Ayudo Software India Private Limited (“Ayudo,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a developer of AI-powered platform and related tools, which provide customer service support. This Privacy Policy describes how Ayudo processes personal information that we collect through our digital or online properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy (including as applicable, our website and social media pages) as well as our marketing and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”). Ayudo may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies to individuals for specific products or services that we offer at the time we collect personal information.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers (such as businesses and other organizations) while providing the Ayudo services to them. Our use of information that we process on behalf of our business customers is governed by our agreements with such customers.
