Seamlessly connect Circle with Google Drive to streamline your community content management and collaboration.

Our Circle and Google Drive integration allows you to effortlessly sync files, share documents, and manage resources within your community. Easily attach Google Drive files to your Circle posts, organize shared content, and keep your community engaged with up-to-date information—all without leaving the platform.

Simply go to your Circle workspace settings, select the Integrations tab, and authorize Google Drive by signing in with your Google account. Once connected, you can start attaching and sharing files directly within your community.

Files you attach or share in Circle link directly to Google Drive, so any updates made in Drive are reflected immediately. However, files are not copied or stored separately in Circle to avoid duplication.
Currently, you can browse and attach files from Google Drive when creating posts or comments, but full search functionality within Circle is limited. We recommend using Google Drive’s search features for advanced file discovery.
